1973 Gulfstream powers up but will not start a game. Wires are disconnected in coin drawer, if you touch 2 wires it sounds like it is trying to cycle but will not start game. Honestly I’m new to this a land looking for someone to come and try to repair.... message me if your local and willing thanks...

Welcome aboard!
Gulfstream doesn't have a free play setting. It has to have credits pending to start a game.
Does your game show any credits? If the credit window shows blank, it won't start a game.
Here's a pic of mine showing 31 credits.

Well, it was a thought.
Hopefully someone can assist with troubleshooting.

OP asked for "someone to come and try to repair" but if pressing the Replay button doesn't activate the Coin relay,
Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires
