I'm just wondering if any pinball distributors have considered 'rent-to-own' as a sales option...especially these days when money is short. I can see both the pros and the cons of this for distributors.
    1. They would get getting at least some income from machines that are just gathering dust.
    2. They would widen their customer base.
    On the other hand.
    1. There would be people who backed out after a couple of months meaning a loss when you count delivery, set-up and pick-up.
    2. There would be people who did not take care of the machines and leave a pile of junk for the distributor to pick up.

I have seen at least one local operator offering weekly/monthly rental, but not RTO. Gotta make money off ‘em somehow if that’s your business.
