I’ve been thinking about this and no one seems to be able to even give me an idea, so I’m turning to the big dogs.

This is an issue because I’m the most severe case of colorblind you can be. My Simpsons has some noticeable wear on the playfield, and I want it fixed cause that’s primarily what you stare at while playing. I’ve been told it should be fairly easy to disconnect t from backbox, but I’m telling you this particular one is a NIGHTMARE. I don’t know if it was because it was a location pin at one point in its life, but there seem to be a lack of connectors.

Looking under the playfield, it seems much easier to disconnect everything from the underside; I can only see 3 connectors. Has anyone disconnected from the playfield rather than the backbox?

I need to do this to remove playfield to then find someone to touch it up, this is just step one.
