Hi.

i have some replacement mechs for my 3 slot Xenon

the right hand mech just unclips and falls out easily
the other 2 don't behave like this.

is there an easy way to get them out before i start unscrewing everything?

i noticed a thin metal bar that moves behind them low down, is this a lock?

Sometimes the mechanisms stick - make sure the tab is out of the way and give a slight pry - it should swing out. You should not have to use a lot of force.

Also, look at the right side again to make sure you understand how the mechanisms install and remove. All three are the same.
