At some point during its life, this Gottlieb Sinbad cabinet picked up black dots (about the size of a finger) and smudges on the side art from things scraping against it. I can't seem to clean them off with simple green or naptha.

Additionally, there is some black residue of some sort under the front legs of the machine that I can't seem to get rid of either. It's flush with with the artwork, so it's not something I can really scrape off.

Is there anything else that might work?

If the lighter fluid doesn't get it off, I use either Novus #2 or Brasso.

Well, novus #2 seemed to do it for the most part, but then the areas I worked on looked much brighter than everything else, so I ended up having to novus the rest of the cabinet in order to match. Lost a little paint in a few areas, but overall, it looks a bit better.

I'll probably scan it next while the cabinet is empty in case I ever feel like making stencils for it later at some point. It kind of bugs me how the light pink areas are *supposed* to be red...ah well, cabinet fade.

I'm surprised no one mentioned "Magic Eraser".... I use them on every cab I get, takes smudges, marker, smoke residue, general crap, etc off like...well...Magic
