Remember when you could buy a Mermaid pin for $225 (maybe less with some negotiation). I saw this while looking through my stack of Pinball Trader and Pingame Journal magazines. It's from a 1990 issue of the Trader. I think I may spend some time in the future calling a bunch of numbers to see if any of these games are still available. I'm sure 99 percent are long gone, as are the land-line phone numbers in the ads.
