It wouldn't happen chiefly because it's an expensive widebody, and not something Stern could bring out as a Vault.

What Sega/DE game would you like to see remade?
I vote for JJP to do a new GNR pin 
Slash loves pinball and could really do some awesome custom guitar licks. Maybe even some call outs. Or hell, maybe a custom Slash pinball machine with all the songs he has rights too; whether it be from GNR, Velvet Revolver, or side/solo projects; with custom guitar riffs for the pinball itself.

I just got a GNR this month and threw pinsound board, made a custom track list, FF speakers, LEDS, full teardown and shopping. its such a beauty now.. the sound is amazing. All must haves for this title. But when you look at how much is included with this game they couldn't remake it for a decent price.
