    Quoted from ForceFlow:

I was looking to build a small test rig, but need to supply it with both 5vdc and 38vdc.
Some of the switching power supplies I'm seeing are standardized on 48v.
Is there one that is adjustable down to 38v that isn't too expensive?

    hi
why not put the output of a 24V and a 12V power supply in series giving you 36V, close enough?
that way you get 12V available as well!
