I picked up a 1950 Gottlieb Knockout and would like to have it restored. Looking for recommendations on who might be able to restore it.

I would like to see the brown paint either removed from the cabinet and see if the paint below is serviceable or have the cabinet repainted.
I would like to have the inserts leveled or fixed.
I would like the machine given a once over mechanically to ensure everything is working properly.
Beyond that I would be up for any other recommendations.
The game works, but playing it with the inserts sunken in is wearing the playfield.
