Full Throttle fits your description. I think it's faster than JM, easy to understand and fun rules and short game times.
Fish Tales is a good choice too.

Quoted from Cheeks:OK, I'm thinking maybe Getaway and Johnny Mnemonic are the best options for what I'm looking for.
I have a really sweet STTNG that I pimped out but don't play much any more, so maybe I'll turn it into the two of these?
What are realistic prices for each of these games in very nice condition? I don't need a high-end restore, but I don't want any "players" condition games either.
I've looked at the Market, but it can be hard to get a gauge on realistic pricing if you have not been following the particular games for a while.
I had a JM and though it may seem minor, one thing that really bothered me was the way the rollover lane indicators couldn't keep up with the game. It made lane selection useless and was probably the tipping point that lead to me selling it. Loved the speed and flow of the game though.
Quoted from Cheeks:What does this mean? There is lag between the button press and actually switching lanes? Is this common across all JMs?
Yes, the player controlled rollover lanes for bonus multiplier don't keep up with the flipper presses when there is a lot going on, preventing you from getting the ball to go down the unlit lane. I believe this is common to all JMs.
