The big connectors are molex 1.56" pitch KK series. For the male circuit board pins the CH3.96-XA series is good replacement. Change the X to the pin count.

Or molex makes cut to size version, bit more expensive, but one part number.

The female side of the big plugs use "trifurcon" 1.56" crimps.

If the originals are IDC type connectors, get a new housing at the same time. These are fine

The dual row connectors are standard 0.1" - 2.54mm dual row ribbon cables. You can buy a new ribbon cable set on ebay. If you want to build your own ribbon cables the parts are all available for cheap. I found the crimper and cheap spools of ribbon on Amazon. Get the connector bits from LCSC or ive seen them cheap on aliexpress, example.

The headers comes in strips of 2x40. searching for "2.54MM 2x40p header" will find them on aliexpress or they are cheap on LCSC. I am not sure if there is enough space for "boxed" ribbon headers which stop you from plugging the ribbon in wrong way.
