    Good morning,

I'm looking at duplicating a slightly damaged ramp and would welcome some workflow advice. I've already taken a look at various videos (using clay or equivalent for the mold, then vacuum forming machine), but if somebody can share some insight that would be valuable (ie the do's and don't, tips and tricks, etc).

I'm also interested into the cutting part of the process, once the ramp is set formed: do you cut manually using a paper template ? Any workflow tip to use a laser cutter instead (ie how to align the formed ramp material, knowing on top of that the ramp as to be facing down since otherwise you can't get focus with the laser) ?

    Cheers
