Quoted from HeighwayPinball:

There are absolutely no plans to liquidate this company. Everyone is committed to pushing the company forward and delivering games to customers.
The Investor Group are CURRENT investors of the company - some of them have been involved for many years already. They are well-experienced and respected members of the community already - and successful businessmen in their own rights.
They are immensely passionate about the company and its products ... and moving this company forwards.

so why have they not sorted this out prior to it getting in to such a mess

#213 6 years ago

I think the fairest way to sort out this is to give all the money back to people who have paid in full and deposits
the new investors have clearly a lot to sort out before proper production can begin when the 400 le are made and fully tested then people who where paid up and had deposits down are offered the chance to buy it back if they dont want it then it goes back on the market
the investors also need to sort out parts for people who have been waiting ages with un playable machines as a matter of urgency
once all the le are gone then start back on the se with no pre order rubbish i hate that have the games in stock ready to buy

Quoted from Ballypinball:

Financials show 500k gbp debt and 26k in the bank.
Unless they have at least $5 million to put in its game over.
Get a refund as soon as you can
Remember any new owners are not liable to you, its a different company its not the same company, people don't buy companies in debt, they buy the assets and start a new company
Get these investors to personally guarantee your money???

the sad thing is has highway pinball got any assets

Quoted from Wickerman2:

That's horseshit and a misrepresentation. There are a handful of people that for the most part have normal everyday pinball issues and were looking for answers. Many found those answers, some did not--especially lately. The person with the cpu problem is probably pissed to be sure.

That sounds like a lie, but if it's not you've had some bad luck I guess.
I've had the game a year and the only issue I had was a plunger tip that broke. Other than that, it all works. I updated the software when they released an update...all normal pinball stuff. I've talked to tech support via email a few times with questions and they always got back fast.
It's OBVIOUS to everyone now that they started having response issues recently and anybody that needed customer service was getting ignored. That sucks and it's wrong.
I can speak for my game and my game only. It's built like a tank. It plays GREAT. It's the fastest game I own. The playfield is beautiful, the side art lit up is awesome. I love it. I was looking forward to swapping in many titles in the future. Hopefully that will still happen. If it doesn't I'll be as bummed as anyone.
You are on some sort of vendetta I guess? Do you have fun kicking someone when they are down? As far as I can tell you have ZERO skin in this game and are only on this thread to be negative, no offense
Good day sir. I SAID GOOD DAY!
PS It's just pinball...it's supposed to be fun. Don't be a fun sucker, fun suckers suck.

wickerman you are living in cloud coo coo land the last 3 aliens that have shipped all have faults mainly the led stripes and the ball lock toy still is very hit and miss i also have never seen a ft fully working the le that came to the nlp show a year ago was turned off all weekend

Quoted from Astropin:

Okay...we can now see that what was happening was getting pretty shady........but WTF does any of it have to do with the "Rebirth"? New people are taking over. I think we can at least hear them out before we totally shit on them. It might come to that...it might not.

It's the same investors from the start so why would anything change I also read a post that they have been at the factory for 3 weeks so why have they not replied to any e mail
If they have been there for the last 3 weeks have they been overseeing people who where not on the aliens list rolling up and buying pins cash the whole thing absolutely stinks
