Didn't get offered free shipping but we were offered a discount for a group buy paid in full - then as of 5 weeks ago we stopped getting replies to our queries. Unsure of the reason but added to our concerns and was quite fortunate in end.

Really hoping the new management can sort out all issues, look after the existing customer and those that have prepaid, and get the game out - it's a killer theme and I hope to play some time soon
