As is often noted, condition is everything and, not to be out-of-line, but routed does not mean much to me as it may be in fantastic condition. From what I have seen, expect to pay at least $10,000 but if it is in good shape then I would not be surprised if the pin sold at $12,000 or so in today's market.

All the best with your decision!

Quoted from fattrain:

This is current as of May 2013

Gives the average for MM around 7k which we all know is not true. Year-To-Date shows ~13k

For any pin sale, the year-to-date is most helpful for me. I do not really get much out of general mean sales as that just makes me want to grumble about what used to be.

Quoted from nighttaco:

I might be crazy, but I actually see a few years down the road if they start implementing the LCD's as displays that will help drive down the dmd game prices. The price of games can't just keep going up, everyone says that, but they also said that about homes, gold, etc.... So I think if you're patient you won't have to pay an absurd price for one.

Very possible and I am indeed curious how WOZ, Hobbit, and even the nice LCD in TAF are going to affect "near-term" pin prices.

As a side, though, while the full project may never come to fuition (I am not including the individual MM that have been made rfom other pins) I am also curious about how "reproduction" MM might affect "genuine" MM prices. While I have no insight into anything, my feeling would be that "real" MM would hold their value better as compared to the full reproduction. No way to know, though.
