Had to borrow her car for a new pin but had a big argument the night before.
Tried to ease into it and not let on that I really needed the car.
She called it though and said “are you seriously apologizing to me just to get another pinball?”
“Babe, when you put it like that, it sounds so much worse than if you’d just accept my apology!”
I played it right and brought her food and candy and picked her up at work so she was happy. 
Mine will roll her eyes and tell me I have a problem and always reminds me that were out of room.
Then she will pull out her phone and live stream a video to all her friends showing off whatever game her husband just brought home.
Officially its me that has a collecting problem and buys too much stuff.
The reality is that she likes it just as much as I do.

No, I bought a bay in an industrial building, going to be all pinball/arcade upstairs, and workshop/storage downstairs. Basically a home away from home!!
My better half is onboard, even goes to the shows with me.
Problem is...she has most the high scores! I guess I'm just the maintenance man. 
I went on a date with this girl to a Putt-Putt in Kettering, Ohio, around 1989. They had an arcade with pins and vids, and we changed a few bucks for quarters and started playing her favorite vid called Road Blasters. I asked her if she played pinball as we walked past a machine, and she turned, dropped a buck into Pinbot, punched up two players, and we have pretty much been inseparable since. She kept me from buying a Sorcerer at the first USA Auction we went to, and made me wait a whole month until the next auction where we bought our first machine. Yep, Pinbot. That was almost 27 years ago.
@o-din, dude, I get the solitary pinball life, but dude... if you find the right one, and if you can convince her that she can’t live without you... draining your balls has never been easier or nearly as fun.
