Hello Stars Family.

New member here. I was wondering about the factory rubber sizes.. they seem on the tight side? Is this the expected and recommended by most?

Also, just curious about the green / blue stars thing? Seems like OE is Green, despite blue on the PF?

Thank you-

Quoted from TheLaw:

I believe the green is supposed to be the correct color eventhough you dont see it much?

Thank you.

BTW, thought I'd share this, as found on my machine .

Pretty nice work from back in the day. Unfortunately, the metal does seem to bend over time, but it does function well. Extra weight probably helps it slightly.

Wondering about that bounce pass on the post. Watched a papa video. Is this something that needs to be particularly dialed in? Had some trouble getting a good bounce from a trap on the flippers. I ended up adjusting them a couple hairs up over the guides. Thoughts? Thanks

The finished product.
Well, just waiting for some apron decals.

Missing a halo effect. Beautiful! Congratulations.

Quoted from Flynnyfalcon:

Is that the only way dial in the bounce, pitch/side to side?? Maybe I need a bouncier rubber, but my Stars looks to have no chance of bouncing flipper to flipper.

I had trouble with mine. What helped for me was making sure there is no slop in the flippers, so they should spring down all the way to the alignment pins and rest firmly on those.

I used the smallest size rubber (small mini post) type
