Would you attempt a total re-paint and clear or just a touch up and clear/or not etc...pb pf.jpegpb pf.jpeg (or novus and wax)...
I am going to re paint the cabinet and get this thing up and running soon and will sell it. I just don't know
if I should try and "really" restore it.

My wife bought this pin for me on a dare to see if I could fix it and sell it for a profit..( I have well over 20 projects and I always use the excuse of selling them for big bucks one day so I can get more...).

I painted one section white with water based acrylic to see what it would look like. Figure I can just wipe it off if I don't want to do the work.pb pf.jpegpb pf.jpeg

That's in much better shape than most Playboy's I've seen. I'd just clean it, do minor touch-ups, and clear it. I probably wouldn't go to the effort of doing a total/major re-paint...

If that were my personal game, I'd touch up the sling areas and cover with mylar. After a magic eraser and novus 2 treatment. I guess if you are repainting the cab, clearing it is the way to go.
