In chatting with Borg himself a bit at Expo last fall, I recall he mentioned that Stern had to do a bunch of separate submissions of the Wolvie figure to Marvel before they would approve it. Marvel was really picky about having the figure NOT resemble any of the other poses of busts that were already out there...
