Stern, 2004The plunger that kicks the ball out of the trough and into the way of the plunger is kicking the ball out so hard that it makes a loud pop as the ball hits the side of the plunger lane and really shakes the machine. Is there an adjustment to this mechanism to make it spit the balls out of the trough with a little less force? It hasn't always done this, and I fear damage. The pin is a RBION. Thanks!
Take the apron off, see the curved deflector metal thingy over the trough the ball hits on it's way up and over towards the shooter lane ?
See if the welds have broke ?
If so, fix that. Reweld, or snake a cable tie around it and hold it back down.

The weld did come loose. Think it is still under warranty?
