Test the other fuses 25,26,27 pull them out and test with meter

Ok then work your way upstream wires from circuit #1(white/brown) wires
#2(red/yellow)wires
Look for a loose wire and check the wiring on each bulb socket also.

#2(red/yellow) on the chart you posted has *10* star it’s part of that circuit and it stands for 10 bulbs

Ok there are 10 bulb sockets and they each(wire)connect to each other.If one wire comes off/loose/cold solder ect. On one of those sockets then it breaks continuity.Keep in mind when lift up the playfield it pulls on those wires and the connector
