I'm not a lawyer but I think it's essentially the Nullification Agreement. Buyer beware. Again. Worse this time as you wouldn't be able to sue post-loss. It's possible that the agreement is illegal (as companies can't nullify consumer rights), but clarifying this would add to your legal costs.
Personally, I wouldn't touch this with a bargepole, at least until machines are ready to ship.
