I guess it's rare? 1946 Bally Midget Racer. I contacted bgresto about having the back glass restored but haven't heard anything back from them.

Quoted from Darcy:

was this pin used in the TV show Timeless? As it looks like the same game.

I'd doubt it, but I've only owned it for a couple days now.
Do you remember which episode it was on? I'd like to check it out and see.

Well several months have gone by and I have yet to come up with a decent cabinet and head for my Gottlieb "Touchdown".
Being only 711 that were produced, I guess that explains why my search has been unsuccessful so far.
Is it fair to say it's "rare"?

Quoted from dmbjunky:

Do you have the old cab? VPCabs can make another cab with the old one as a pattern. They'll even pay for shipping of the old cab.

Yes I have the old cab.
I was hoping not to have to go that route. I have an "Alien Star" with the same exact cab and it needs replaced too.
They both have an odd-ball sized head on them.
I'm trying not to have a fortune in these machines but I guess it all depends on how bad I want to get them fixed up nice again.
......Very poor choice of wood material that Gottlieb used on them, and exposing them to moisture was a mistake too.
Anyone know of a Gottlieb Touchdown and/or Alien Star that someone's willing to part with I'd be interested in them.

I dig that machine!

Quoted from Mopar:

Is this Jon with the two Majorettes? If so, how about seeing some pics of the
S (sample) machine.. (T)

Nope, wrong Jon

Quoted from snyper2099:

I have an Ice Fever for sale but it certainly wouldn't make sense to gut it just for the cabinet. It's the exact same cabinet as an Alien Star and the cabinet is in exceptionally good shape. Really mentioning it so you could keep an eye out for an Ice Fever cabinet as well.

The heads might be the same but the cabinets are different.
What are you asking for the Ice Fever?
