Bally Rock Makers
When I start up the pin a switch on the AC Relay rapid fires. From the attached photos it’s the Hold Switch on the yellow colored coil, the switch to the far left. Looking at schematics it has a Brown wire and a White/Green. What would cause it to rapid fire. Don’t want to burn out the switch.
Thanks
Kickout

That switch is supposed to keep the relay energized. It looks a bit mangled. Make sure the gap is small enough.

yea, the blades were pretty messed up. I did straighten them up and the gap looks good, the blades close and rub as they should. Don't know what's causing it to rapid fire.

The little rivet looking things at the end of the blades that make contact. Are the fastened securely in the leaf blade ?

Yes they are.

Try to jumper over the Shutoff and Bounce switches to take them out of the circuit. You can even jumper over the self-hold switch.

You can jumper from the yellow wire (return to transformer) to the lug on the coil and then move the jumper back through the circuit to isolate the problem. Put the jumper on the white/green side of the coil.

OK. I've stopped the rapid fire on the AC relay. Closing this post.
