Just working on a Beat time now.
Those first Black wires under the playfield, could be from one of the pop bumpers by the looks of it.

The 2 sets of yellow wires are from the slam switch. It's missing on yours.

The Black and the thinner Blue/yellow wires are from the Coin meter. The game i have here is missing it's coin meter.
Hopefully you got it going and still have it.
