I looked at my RFM and, starting at the top, red wires 1,2,3,4, and 7 loop back to the harness. Red wires 5, 6, and all the yellow wires just dead end at that connector. So, the answer is, that wire doesn't go anywhere. It seems like someone pulled it out of the IDC and repunched it in 2 inches farther up the wire. They must have had to really pull on the wire to tighten it up that far.
