If it's not broke, don't fix it. Unless you're having to go back and occasionally retighten, I'd just leave it alone. MHO.
But if it is a problem, you might be able to sacrifice a $4 Horrible Freight soldering iron as a hot knife and build up the inside of the hole with a similar material. The trick is knowing what the material is to begin with. Then true up the hole with a twist drill.
If you don't plan on taking it apart again, a drop of lock tight might fix it. I would use the blue stuff as it isn't permanent.
