Just checked out web page looking good. Have one suggestion you might want add disclaimer you are one man show and this is not a full time gig. This will hopefully cut down on the instant gratification crowd fussing who expect it yesterday.

Pinball is a hobby/free time enjoyment. We are lucky that people are spending their time making parts for our quote toys. Props for all.
This one was discussed with Freeplay40 a few years ago but this was before his new heater and was looking at it to put was still thinking on how to. Maybe the two ramp makers and some beers can make this happen.
Have seen it online many of the data east ramps were done this way. The trick is can it be done another way. Had thought if done as two separate ones. But then the two would either be glued or pined to each other. I myself had idea about doing it in some other material metal or wire frame. Even thought about sheet copper which can be hammer to make the bowl itself but thats not the original look. It was one of those 2am ideas and that was as far as it got.
Nice picture of the wall of ramps. This means there should be no reason for games with shabby ramps. So how much a dent/selling will be made in this at the Allentown show if you were to guess? Hopefully a good number.
Just do what you can when you can. We can wait. (some want instant now. But have no idea the work in getting a product made) I bet when you 1st started make replacement ramps there was no clue you were in for a ride.
As one of those known numbers that want Time Machine ramps and have spoken to all the makers over the years. I have been told it will only be done when their bored and want to beat their head against the wall. Then do a project and not make money either. This is not the way of doing business. Nice on the rivet kit.
