Every time I reach the point in the game where the call out "Skate or Die" happens all sound quits until the next ball. At startup I get 4 tones, from the manual I believe there is a problem with one or both of the speech roms (u19 and u20 i believe). All sounds play fine in test mode most of the time. Every once in a while i get no sounds in test mode but this is after I have played a game. Is this most likely a case of bad roms or should I be looking at other culprits?

I also noticed that the manual shows two test switches on the MPU but on mine there is only one (sw2). Why would someone remove a test switch?
