I have target problems at the top bank. If I hit 3, 2 also will register sometimes. Sometimes it’s a different combo but it activates snake run when not all are dropped. I’ve reflowed solder pins.

Could be a shorted diode on that opto board. Go into the switch edges test in the system menu and then follow the switch column and row testing outlined on PinWiki:
