John, let us know where you ordered the deck. I'd like to send them some love as well and make a topper out of it. Powell makes green wheels: https://www.skateone.com/mini-logo-a-w-o-l-lift-kit-66mm-green-wheel
Nice. That’s a closer color of green and you’ve got to love the screaming hand on the side of the wheels.
Quoted from blkdog7:Got the decks. They look pretty cool.

John, they look Rad! Where can we order them? How much should we expect to pay?
Quoted from blkdog7:I'm not going to be selling the decks -- I just don't have time to organize this. But, I will share my file and where I ordered them.
The file is here:

I ordered from here:
http://www.customskateboards.com/Custom-Old-School-Skateboards/5-O-Grind-Poo-_Deck
If you order more than one they are around $35.00 each. Maybe someone here can run with this?
Also... I plan on giving one away on my Youtube channel soon.
Thanks John! I just ordered two.
Quoted from Elevatorman:Here is my latest pic of my Radical
Can you post those instruction cards? Thanks
Thanks Oldskool. I actually have those. Elevatorman has a different free play card with a yellow skateboard that looks pretty cool.
Quoted from blkdog7:I'm glad you enjoyed the artwork. The deck is super cool! But, why sell it on eBay? That wasn't my intention. I didn't share the artwork so it could be sold on eBay. Weird.

Whoa! Everyone take a deep breath. BlkDog7, I thanked you for the art work and printed two decks for myself. I set one up and made a topper. I realized I'd never use or need the other one so I posted it for sale in the Pinside Market Place and Ebay for essentially my cost. Maybe I get to keep $5 depending on what shipping shakes out to be.
By the time I finished the eBay post, I had already received 3 emails from Pinsiders wanting to buy it. This is not a business for me and as I only have the one deck for sale, I offered to help get another deck or build a complete set up for the other two Pinsiders that contacted me.
I have removed the eBay listing.
Thanks again.
Recently when I turn my Radical on, it lights up but the display shows nothing and nothing else happens. It is unplayable. All I have to do is turn it off and turn it back on again and everything is back to normal. Any ideas? Thanks.
Quoted from c78m:Hello i'm in the Radical Club now
I recently finished my radical project.
Some of the inserts were completly gone, some partly. I cleaned and airbrushed the crapy inserts and some playfield wear. The Playfield was finaly sealed with clear coat.
Big thanks to John for creating the radical skateboard art - perfect for the topper ...
That looks fantastic! I love the Instruction Cards. Can you post those files? Also, please take a picture from the back of your topper....I've been debating the best way to mount my board up there. Thanks!!!
Quoted from c78m:instuction cards
Yes, thanks a ton! Please also describe or post a picture of how you mounted your board on top. Super Rad!!!
Quoted from c78m:Skateboard Mounting
To mount the skateboard i used a couple of metal bracketes.
The skateboard was directly screwd to a 135° bracket, the holes fits almost perfect.
The two other are simple 90° brackets, i just bended the long brackets a bit til i got the wanted angle.
Very creative. You even grip taped the deck. That bad boy is ready to ride. Thanks!
Anyone looking to buy a Radical!, be sure to read this warning story I posted a while back regarding my experience. Luckily, I eventually found a great one.

Quoted from Whysnow:If anyone stateside is able to burn this new rom, I would happily buy a set from you and pay for shipping and your time.
thanks
Me too!
Quoted from Cherries_Jubilee:just spoke with cpr and the Radical Backglass with custom mirroring is coming out soon......
Is it actual glass? That would be so Rad! Any idea of cost?
Quoted from patrickvc:Just installed my mirrored backglass from CPR. Colors just look fantastic and the mirroring looks great. Very nicely done[quoted image]
How is the fit? Just as easy to install?
There is no setting that provides a save feature to give you another ball if you lose your ball in a short amount of time, correct?
Quoted from yellowghost:I think I would replicate the image from the skate-board on the playfield. It looks like it was intended to be the snake graphic.[quoted image]
That would be cool. Mine is from the original Radical Flyer. John from John’s Arcade was kind enough to post in this thread.

New cabinet decals, fully shopped, LEDed with comet 2SMDs, new balls, Titans, new pop caps, new drop targets and decals, went through all the boards. She plays great. I’ll try to get more pics, but here’s something for now.
[quoted image]
Looking good!
Quoted from DuffysArcade:Looks good!
Looks like your machine is also missing the one-way swing gate at the shooter lane exit. I used Marco's part #12-6802. I can't understand why every Radical I see seems to be missing that gate.
Mine has fallen off before. I think they just get beat up and operators failed to replace them.
Quoted from yellowghost:Got my ramps from freeplay. Words don't do them justice.
[quoted image]
Sweet. Did you just remove the stickers from your old ramps and reapply?
Very cool. I might finally have to try Pinsound. Thanks for doing this. You had me at Killing Joke. Cheers!
Quoted from davebart5:After a few months of slowly tweaking, experimenting and playing, I have several updates on the Radical! pinsound front.
Linked below are demos for 4 ready to be released mixes with at least 2 more on the way. If it shows blurry, just open the link into YouTube and your quality can be adjusted there.
The main songs are...
* Gorilla Biscuits - High Hopes
* Killing Joke - Eighties
* The Clash - Time is Tight
* The Tremors - Psychedelia
All mixes have the same foundational sounds (sfx, voices, etc.) but each has their own unique intro/gameplay songs + tail-sliders.
These are v1 editions and I plan on continuing to tweak, adjust volumes, and add more sfx/voices to all as I go. And of course new song editions.
These assets are mostly pulled from late 80's skate videos. My focus is on that era, but some music will dip into 70's punk and possibly early 90’s. But that's about as far as I want to deviate from the late 80's theme. Mostly punk/rock, but will eventually cover some jam band and hip-hop.
These are now added to the Pinsound website and can be downloaded here: https://www.pinsound-community.org/index.php?/files/category/11-radical/
