Yes, a 2 ball multiball

Well, it’s also not the standard pinball size, so does it count? You can also remove it and it would not affect play

Size doesn't matter. HINT: this machine has one smaller ball, but it does NOT have a roller tilt ball!

I can't say for certain that Banzai Run is the only one. It is an odd bird in that it takes 3 balls in the trough but can only do 2 ball multi-ball.
