I think both are fun.
I can buy both.

What pin is the best and why?

#2 7 years ago

They're quite similar. I've been looking for a nice QS forever with no luck. I have a great SW and love it. I'd probably give the edge to QS.

#3 7 years ago

I would say dead even

#4 7 years ago

Given equal condition, QS is way harder to find so I would give the nod to that one.

#5 7 years ago

thanks folks!

I will go for the Quicksilver first...

#6 7 years ago

I have both, both are great games. But QS gets the nod for me because it's harder to find

#7 7 years ago

Are they similar in price and conditions?

Both are among Stern's best. I'll give the edge to Quicksilver. Add a Star Gazer to the mix and you have the top 3 classic Sterns imo.

Both amazing games: if everything is the same between them go for QS as it is harder to find (at least in the US).

Dragon Fist is in the discussion as well for top 3 in my view; lightening fast.

Well, DF, SG and QS are 3 of the last ins I need to complete my Stern collection.

My QS came from Phoenix earlier this year

Yeah, Dragonfist is awesome too. Super solid as well are Stars and Big Game.

I put nine ball in the equation for great Sterns as well. I have a Seawitch and a nineball. I would love a QS.

#15 7 years ago

Just get both of them and then YOU tell US which one is better and why.

Quicksilver.

Catacomb is a great game too ... but tough!

Just had my Catacomb super-restored, cleared, cab done, too.
