Gray latex for bottom. I use a mini roller, & apply to wood areas first!

It looks like what was done originally. Maybe seal wood with clear if they were bare wood in the past. Not jumping on Mirco thread, I have no idea what is being done on Mirco classic Stern stuff. If bare wood people can decide what they want to do, or nothing at all.
