After browsing Amazon for Iron Man headphones, I noticed some flip cover for engine start buttons. They had all kinds of them including a metal Iron Man one. It took a while to find the right one that fit perfectly around the start button on the pinball machine. I also wanted it to be metal (a lot of them were plastic). This looks really good when the start button is illuminated or flashing. It was quick and easy and anyone can do it especially those getting started with modding like myself. Let me know if you try this out. There are all kinds of engine start button covers so you should be able to find something that works for you.
