Before I spend an hour online looking, has anyone bought fuse clips at a local place like Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc
    TIA

For a circuit board, doubtful you'd find them in a home improvement store.

Data east used garbage clips, best solution is to order all new ones

You won't find the clips at hardware stores. Maybe already attached to something. Get them off, make bottom flat, solder to board. A bit of work.

Thanks guys. I was hoping to get this thing fixed today but looks like I’ll end up ordering them online.

Temporary. Solder a couple hard leads cut from a resistor or diode to a fuse. Solder to board. Replace as soon as you can.

If you need to get up and running temporarily, you could always just solder a jumper wire from the PCB to the intended end cap of the fuse. Although if the fuse blows, it would be mildly annoying to replace when hacked together in this manner.

    This is exactly what happened
My friend who is more knowledgeable with board soldering did a temp fix after the clip broke. I pretty much forgot about it and now indeed that fuse blew.

Do you have a 3D printer? Plenty of fuse clip designs on Thingiverse.

If you have a Micro center store in NJ you may be able to get it there. I'd check all the electronics places in town.

If you're going to the hardware store you could buy an in-line fuse holder as a temporary patch that still allows the fuse to be changed easily until you get the clips.
