Quite a while back he was going to go after Kman in NY, then the reality of what a NY lawyer costs set it in 
Bottom line, people can hate Andrew for all the lies and how he treated people but what we have here is a simple business failure, happens all the time.
Makes for good drama here but time to move on imo.
