Oh no. No, no, no, no, no, he already went and did EXACTLY what I advised him not to do this time last week. Please, please, for the love of god, just STOP DIGGING.

Quoted from epotech:My name doesn't appear anywhere except the bottom graphic mainly because I took was taking Heighway to court and settled out of. I think Andrew was a little pissed that I managed to get money out of the company where no one else did (because I could see where it was going and wasn't working for free).
Since I was in charge of arranging the playfield graphics, I was at least able to make sure you got some credit that way. It's not your fault, nor do I bear any ill-will, that Andrew played the two of us off against each other to get what he wanted in the game.
If the word 'aspergers' comes up, and if it gets used as an excuse for any difficulties or disagreements, then I GUARANTEE this will not end well. And by 'well' I mean 'not even more appallingly worse'.
Quoted from Rascal_H:I would actually be curious about his thoughts on a certain New York podcaster.
I'll be gobsmacked if that even needs asking.
Quoted from RandomGuyOffCL:Please ask him where one might procure what they were smoking in that garage?
Nobody was smoking anything in that garage. I wouldn't let them since about ninety five percent of all the shite I owned in the world was being kept in there.
Quoted from unigroove:2. that the ramp needed a second exit (at that point it was more a Y-shaped ramp with two entrances that both ended in the right inlane, which was very boring. I made the suggestion to make it an X and place a diverter as used on Bride of Pinbot in the center to create even more variety),
What the whitewood was lacking at that point was the VUK to the left side that would have balanced the Y-ramp and provided the flow to the left side. It would have been fed via a subway from three points: from the main scoop, from a trap door that would open, and from a diverter in the left orbit. I was deliberately trying to make something different from the usual fanshot flow, but it was a complicated way of going about it for a first attempt and 'different' doesn't always mean 'good' (although JJP Pirates is a supreme example of the same principle done right). Making the X-ramp was absolutely the right thing to do to the game later.
I still think Circe's Animal Alehouse would have legs as a more unique style of limited-run game aimed at collectors, but only if - IF - the game is pitched right, which it never was. The mythology aspect should take more of a back seat to the wackiness and the characters having fun, and it should be presented in simpler, high-concept terms with more visuals to look at.
Ah, the beloved History Today series. Somebody bring those two characters back.
"You see that flipper gap on Stern Ghostbusters? The one that is well known for being larger than usual?"
"I am aware of the anomaly, yes..."
"That's your massive arsehole, that is. Every ball in the world drains through that thing. And everyone complains that they wasted a quid and it was over in ten seconds."
Quoted from PinballNews:Andrew was concerned that in addressing some of the actions of certain others he might inadvertently slander/libel them, or at least be at risk of that.
At least he's admitted what he thinks of everyone. *shrug*
Quoted from iceman44:WHY does anybody even care about this anymore? What a waste of time and life!
I guess I'll grab a bag of popcorn and see what happens but seriously its pathetic at this point.
So that the same errors aren't made by anyone else again. All the opinions are well-known, now we're dealing in factual analysis. It's an autopsy at this point.
Quoted from iceman44:We have been dealing with the autopsy for years!
Technically speaking, it's not an 'autopsy' *before* the subject is actually dead: that's 'homicide'.
Quoted from SLAMT1LT:Wow, shit was going south before I even joined the company! I didn't know any of this.
Interesting that Andrew says "ex employees are ex employees for a reason". Here are the FACTS:
I was employed in the company for nearly 5 years and in that time 23 people quit, but only 1 person was fired (a factory worker). And every single person that left the company said the same thing: "This guy is an idiot and hasn't got a clue"....or words to that effect.
We actually had joke bets on how long a new employee would last. The record was 1 day.
There was a printed plastic of caricatures of all the company staff at that time that for a while had 'pride' of place on the wall behind Russell. I had a running joke that sometime I would cross out the faces of everyone on that board who had left, and call it the 'Flawed Pacifist Ending'.
