I am refurbishing a Stardust for a good friend of mine and I have a couple questions.

First, the “extra ball when lit” spots on the wheel, what lights them? I don’t see anything in the manual about it. I’ve only had one of them flicker so far. There are a lot of bulbs that are out so I’m lot even sure if they all light at the same time.

Second, this one might be bigger. In my I initial tests , most everything seemed to work. When I pulled the bottom board out to clean and do some cabinet reinforcements, I found the wires in the picture that are not connected to anything. If you look right below them, you can see an outline of where there was something once upon a time. The wires are in the back left corner right near the Jones plug for the bell and knocker. Could someone take a look and/or a picture and fill me in if o should be worried about this? Also, there is no coin mech or even a coin entrance (all three covered by Williams plates) so if that what’s be cut, there’s no problem. Thanks
