I feel really bad for you being this is your 1st NIB experience. I've dealt with JJ and he's great, just sucks to open the box and see all that crap without having any damage outside the box. Hopefully you get this sorted out and can enjoy your kickass game without any more issues. Best of luck on this, I'm sure it will get fully figured out.
