Every time I turn it on, it goes through this weird test sequence, then asks you to calibrate the streering, throttle and brake, a little more test/startup sequence, then its ready to go. Is this normal? Is there some memory battery I'm missing or not seeing? I've been all through the cabinet but have found nothing. Unplugged or just powered off is the same deal. It's fine, I can teach my kids the start up procedure so they can do it themselves, but it would be nice to not have to.

There is a yellow battery 3 prong chip on the board inside. Buy extras because there easy to mess up, at least for me the first and second time anyways.

I found that black one to be almost "unobtainium."
Luckily my great seller just happened to have 1 last one in this shop.
