So I am finally getting around to fixing my alien head on id4. Mine like many others has a gap in between the 2 halves of the head when it is supposed to be closed. I am *pretty* sure the way for me to fix this is to adjust the gears that turn the heads. I am just having trouble dismantling the assembly, there are 2 retaining pins holding the shafts in place and I just can't seem to remove them. Is there anyone who has experience adjusting this assembly? Am I even attempting to do the correct thing? Is there an easier way that I am just not seeing?

Getting frustrated. I finally repaired and painted the alien head and this is the last thing I need to fix.

The manual says "see diagnostics, id4 specifics and schematics to adjust servo board". I cannot find this diagnostics, etc. I know where the board is, but I see nothing on it that let's me adjust it to 0 degrees or whatever the manual suggests. Can you let me know what page of theanual you are referring to because I cannot find anything. In the diag menu of the actual game, the only id4 specific thing is the alien head, but it seems like it just tests the mechanism, no way to adjust it.

Never mind, I see the 2 screws now. Still worried my right gear is not lined up right. Will check after work
