You can just use Non-Ghosting Led's. They stop the flicker.
Led Ocd is more for pins that have a lot of fading in and out on the incandescents.

Quoted from Rdoyle1978:The LEDOCD board is awesome, easy to install, and not very expensive. You can use the cheapest crappiest LEDs if you want, and they will work. Compare that to what you would spend on non-ghosting LEDs and it basically pays for itself, plus you can dial in specific settings for your game however you like . IMO itβs a no-brained. The board makes the game look WAY better than non-ghosting LEDs as well. Just my 2 cents
In some games maybe. A lot of games do not really benefit from it and don't justify the exspense. IMO
Non ghosting led's are only 20 cents more per led, and you only need around 50 of them. So $10 extra. Versus $140........
Quoted from c_mario:You dont need Led OCD, read this https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/non-ghosting-led-rom-patch-works or this https://forums.arcade-museum.com/archive/index.php/t-300389.html
With Non Ghosting led's you don't even need the patch.
