Trying to see what this bulb in the back glass is wired to. It is the one just below the flashing bulb, (pictured), that is directly behind the bullseye. The schematic shows one flashing bulb.It is wired independently from the others. It's not the tilt, nor is it the game over, (which is located on the apron).

Thanks

When is the flashing bulb on; during game play, or during "game over"? Does the other lamp ever come on? Obviously, both are used to illuminate the bullseye target. One (probably the flasher) is likely meant to be an "attract mode" lamp during game over. I worked on one of these, but it was many years ago. That's my best guess anyway.

Yes, the flashing operates when in game over mode. The other bulb never lites.

Schematic shows a last ball in play lamp. Is there artwork (hidden text) anywhere on the backglass. KOD had this feature lamp.

The schematic shows a "Bullseye Flashing Light". Which should be lit as long as the game is NOT in game over. And you just stated one is lit during game over. Just because they only show one lamp for game over, doesn't mean there isn't a second shared by G.O.

The intent was probably the bright flashing #455 lamp during game play and a dimmer #44/#47 for the duration of game over.

Bullseye Flashing is SL-Yel and Blk-Wht
The G.O. lamp is SL-Wht and a different Blk-Wht.

Last ball in play is SL-Blk and Blk-Wht.

OK, here is what I've found thanks to your help.
When the game starts and the first ball rolls over the trough switch, that is what starts the flashing light. When the last ball drains, the flasher goes out and the other bulb lights.
