So i had a question for people who resell games NIB. Since the game loses its value the moment you open the box, how do you know the game you're reselling is undamaged. If the person you're reselling it to opens the game how are any damages that ocuured durring shipping from the distro handled?

I'd say it's not the distro's problem because it's second hand. Who knows when it was actually damaged. The distro has little incentive to satisfy a customer that isn't actually their customer.

If you buy a NIB game second hand, you get what you get. I think that's acceptable considering you save a couple hundred bucks.

Sounds to me like a private sale that has nothing to do with a distributor. You're on your own with the buyer.
