The flamboyance and song lyrics of Queen lend themselves to pinball play imo.

    Here's my song list:

    Bohemian Rhapsody
    Another One Bites the Dust
    We Will Rock You
    Killer Queen
    Crazy Little Thing Called Love
    Don't Stop Me Now
    We Are The Champions

No under pressure, I'm out. Plus I'm getting premad about the code for it.

    Death on Two Legs
    Seven Seas of Rhye
    are rocking fun

I need Fat Bottom Girls. Well, I don't NEED them...you know what I mean.

    #5 2 years ago

I need them, they can be a lot of fun! Also Tie Your Mother Down and Keep Yourself Alive.

    #6 2 years ago

We will rock you ( fast version )
    We are the Champions
    Ogre Battle
    Stone Cold Crazy
    Another one Bites the Dust
    One Vision
    The your Mother Down
    Spread Your Wings

Two Highlander songs: Princes of the Universe and the Prize would be great.

    Flash theme song as well.

    #8 2 years ago

How about just a Highlander pin.

I'd love that. Based on the first movie, the Adrian Paul series, and Endgame movie universe would be an instant buy for me.

Sadly, Highlander has had so many exceedingly poor showings/iterations that I'm sure the theme would get screwed up somehow. Supposedly it's getting a reboot soon, I hope it is better than the last attempt a decade ago...

They make the rocking world go round. How could they not be there? Insanity.

Songs that could relate to pinball just by the titles alone: Play the game, Under Pressure

Seven Seas of Rhye for an upbeat song. Flash for pinball nostalgia.

Fun story. My wife is a Queen fan. She has a Best Of Queen CD in the car. It fires up a tune, and as Odin is my witness, I thought it was the song "Bicycle." As she is an avid cyclist, I said, "Hey, it's your song honey!"
She glares at me, and then a moment later I realize that the song was actually "Fat Bottom Girls."
    Will. Never. Live. That. Down.

    #13 2 years ago

These would be the songs I would like for the game to have
    We will rock you
    We are the champions
    The show must go on
    Fat bottomed girls
    Another one bites the dust
    Bohemian Rhapsody.

    #14 2 years ago

"Now I'm Here" would be a decent pinball song.

"Bicycle Race" follows "Fat Bottom Girls" on the Great Hits I CD.

Some really good suggestions. Damn. Now I have to change my list.

    #17 2 years ago

All great choices, I'd add a late one "I want it all" too. Some great artwork already too even if it is just taken from album and single cover work.

    #18 2 years ago

I think Keep Yourself Alive is a no brainer for obvious reasons.

    #19 2 years ago

My Queen playlist has to have...

I'm in Love with My Car.
You're My Best Friend. (Shawn of the Dead!!)

    #20 2 years ago

"I want to break free" even better is if they include clips from the video with Freddie dressed up vacuuming.

"Radio Ga Ga" is another must have song that never gets old.

Entering your initials to "we are the champions" is a must.

    #21 2 years ago

Ok. My updated playlist, after reading so many good calls. Think I'm sticking to it:

    Keep Yourself Alive
    Fat Bottomed Girls
    Under Pressure
    Another One Bites The Dust
    Tie Your Mother Down
    Don't Stop Me Now
We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions

    #22 2 years ago

    Prophets song
    Killer Queen
    Fat Bottom Girls
    Flash
    Crazy Thing Called Love
I'm in Love With My Car
    We will Rock You
    Bicycle

Brighton Rock was featured in the new movie Baby Driver!

    #23 2 years ago

Songs that WOULD be on it, in chronological order:

    Killer Queen
    Bohemian Rhapsody
    Somebody to Love
    We Will Rock You
    We Are the Champions
    Fat Bottomed Girls
    Bicycle Race
    Another One Bites the Dust

Songs that SHOULD be on it, in chronological order:

    Keep Yourself Alive
    Seven Seas of Rhye
I'm in Love with My Car
    '39
    Tie Your Mother Down
    Spread Your Wings
    Don't Stop Me Now
Save Me (for a mini ball-save mode)
    Hammer to Fall
    Radio Ga Ga
    Who Wants to Live Forever?
    Breakthru
    I Want It All
    Innuendo

...and of course Under Pressure should be on there. But it's not strictly a Queen song, so as great as it is, I'd leave it off.

Just throw entire News of the World on there and call it a day.

    Quoted from Gryszzz:

It pained me to even have to choose. It's like playing Sophie's Choice with Queen songs.

I say throw the whole f-ing catalog on there and call it a day.

Night at the Opera.. Day at the Races...so many great albums.
But Shear Heart Attack in 19 motherfucking 74 set it all off. So good.

    #27 2 years ago

No disrespect to Queen I in 73 or Queen II in 74. But Shear Heart Attack is fucking brilliance and set it all off for that moustache and co. I believe.

    #28 2 years ago

I kind of ignored the 80s Queen when I was younger, but I am getting seriously into "The Works".

I'm sure it's partly nostalgia of all the 80s synth sounds and production, but I had always preferred the 70s classic rock Queen - especially Queen II for the prog elements, but MAN!! They were frickin' masters of every genre, it seems like. My band is doing an all-Queen gig in a couple weeks so we are hurriedly trying not to suck in the fewest rehearsals possible.

    #29 2 years ago
    Quoted from beelzeboob:

    Who Wants to Live Forever?

I would see it being used in the game somehow, like when initials are being put in for high scores or something, but I'm not sure it would fit the pin during play.

Doesn't Heighway have the license for Queen? I remember that was a solid rumor going on for awhile.

    #30 2 years ago

I can't believe I'm the only person to recommend Princes of the Universe be included.

That is a high octane bad to the bone song with a deep bass and furious lead guitar. Would be perfect for pinball play. Perhaps it is more closely associated with Highlander IP than Queen?

I get what you're saying but it seems a shame to leave it out. Perhaps play the loud chorus when your ball is saved or something. Not much else of value on that record.

    #32 2 years ago

The Show must go on has to be on the list. Great band pin- please JJP make this

    #33 2 years ago

I love to see a Queen machine, but after Stern does Iron Maiden first....

Indeed it does. If only I had shut up for 10 more seconds, I would have saved myself...

    #35 2 years ago

Queen actually would make a great music pin......with Dirty Donnie artwork of course! Is this something that is rumored to be happening or just wishful thinking?

I hope they change the cabinet if that is the case and make a really nice LE cabinet etc.

    #37 2 years ago

We're starting the rumor here. Should've happened before Aerosmith. Just sayin.

Just make a Highlander pin then use the Queen soundtrack.
