This evening I will install my pinball.
Images come from my friend pinball.
I will write my little review

I removed mini playfield because some cables didn’t permit ball passage.
I found no great assemblage and cleaning. I found some plastic results downside mini playfield and 3/4 screw in the internal case.
When I closed all, i tried it and coil to put ball on mini playfield works bad. I need to open another time.
When I’ll be able to play I will update you.
Sound is very low and it isn’t convenient to turn on to play song. I think an update firmare can solve.

Other one note about another strange problem.
When you move playfield you have Wembley stadium that touch end glass lift.
When you close playfield you can’t block lockbar because playfield blocks hooks movement.
No great start for my Queen

Dear all have you suggestion about coil problem? I’m trying to solve my last problem before to play.
Coil to put ball on the mini playfield is weak.
I need to open and to clean or I need to change it?

Now I have other one problem regarding passage under the mini playfield.
Ball touch near the miniplayfield ball lock.
I need to remove miniplayfield another time

When our distributor friend (RS-Pinball) came with 3 Queen, he delivered also an Halloween to my friend.
Very high construction quality.
We turned on it and we start to play immediately. as all people hopes

I tried to play also with problem just mentioned to understand pinball potentiality.
It seems it will become a great play. Depend from software but it is fast

Can I upload a video?

Problem under the miniplayfield came from ramp defect.
I bent it with my hands to let the ball pass.
I adjusted flippers and slingshots to weaker.
Now bop bumpers don’t work.
From test they work.
Suggestions?

The ramp under the miniplayfield has a problem with left edge. the left edge is not welded on base

I know because I bought more pinball in box.
All new pinball needs some adjustment, it is normal but here I have more coincidences.
I understand PB is starting this business but we can’t normalize if we found more defects.
I understand also improvements step by step… at least the lockbar lock could have fixed that.
About assistance we will understand when I will ask new ramp.
I have trust because my distributor is a king it is RS-Pinball in Europe. He is very available for all. I just ordered also a Scooby

With this quantity of problems it’s right to ask other one pinball but I’m sure I will solve all problems.
I haven’t preoccupations because Stephan (my distributor) is a friend and he is a fair person.

My distributor read our forum and write to me to help and to confirm PB assistance for all. They have a special page on website to ask assistance and to inform about problem to solve future manufacturing.
It is first time that a Company write to me before to receive my questions.
I inform to you that my pinball is the first delivered and with honesty I understand all problems.
To understand that PB and distributor read our forum and our comment it is a great surprise.
I will not speak about my experience with Stern assistance because it is crazy.
I have a good energy from PB.
If a Company hearing and reading what buyers think is the best point.
We received 3 Queen in the same day for my friends and others two haven’t problems.
I just end to play to try my corrections. Songs are very great during a pinball playing.
I’m studying to understand rules.
It is fast pinball and I like it.

Only for information, I add a video because it isn’t available anything online and I imagine people curiosity.
All people understood that it has some problems about software but it is QUEEN and it has very high potentiality.
I have very positive consideration for the future and I want to share it with you.
Only for passion. I’m waiting this pinball from more time as more of you.

It is a great pinball theme and it has more fast roads and post to permit very fast return.

You have internal side decal with light on base.
I have only one piece that I don’t like it. Translite. I’m sure some people will work on it in the future.

I’m trying to solve bop bumper problem, if you have suggestions write to me please. They are working by coil test mode but during the game they don’t work.
I checked fuses and cables without results.
I’m solving ramp passage under the miniplayfield but I think I will change it. Momento it work 5 time on 10.

I know that we have base software but I like it because I understand all ball roads and it is very fast.

Yes, first 4 pinball machine are in Italy.
Our distributor (RS-Pinball) made a courtesy to give them to us for first.
In my case I asked to obtain it soon.
Today I understand we obtained a machine like a prototype but I’m sure about future.
First software upgrade came. Now we will wait major update scheduled on February.
Yes we have some problem about ramps, bop bumper, etc. but I have more trust on my distributor, he will insure us. Stephan already tell me to not worry and i haven’t preoccupation.
This is Queen and this is only one opportunity to obtain our love music pinball.
All people will collaborate to obtain a great title.
I suggest to all to inform PB about problems and they will help us and will make next pinball without same problem.
We have very first machines. I’m sure if we waited we would obtained machines with all people in 2023 and with minor problems.
I understand people that pay and want perfect machine, for this I suggest to put eye on Company with experience and NAME to limit surprise.
All new Company are a test for us. In this case we have a top title and it need trust from us.
It is the same of a car. For my experience it is distributor that will work to help buyer, I suggest to buy all item from a trust seller and he will help for all problem to confirm his net marketing.
In the end I very understand people from Rome and I think he is right.
In my case I can accept some problems to obtain item before all people but I understand that for more people this is an investment.

I understand and you are right but I’m optimist about future.
Regarding Stephan, for my experience he is a great people always available.
My experience with Stern distributors is very bad in comparison with RS-Pinball.
Stephan wrote to me 200 times to understand my situation and pinball feedback.
I suggest to you to write a list of problems and to send it to Stephan.
Stephan will speak with PB to help you and to help all buyer.
For my experience Stephan has more attention to take clients.
I bought this machine because it is Queen but most important because it come from Stephan.
About PB I prefer to not speak about it because I have only this one experience.

If you want I can explain my crazy experience with GnR CE playfield or GB LE playfield.
I didn’t obtained new playfields or solutions or suggestion… in some cases without reply.

Regarding WOZ boards.
We know that more new pinball have serious problems and we know that more people didn’t found solution.
My solutions are to sell and to buy pinball another time

Differences come only from distributor choice.
Only distributor can make a road to help buyer.
From manufacturing I didn’t received solution or insurance or simply helping .
From Stern manufacturing only negative reply indipendently from number of same problem from all people. Only fascist reply without possibility to speak about and without interest of buyer satisfaction. Why? Because it will sell indipendently from feedback, forum, etc.

And when distributors presented special editions? Do you accept to do an auction with others people?
Is it serious?
