Anyone ballsy enough to get one of the first 80 off the line must be a self proclaimed repair genius. We will all be counting on you guys to show us how to fix our 2023 built machines.

Nice congrats. Please let us know how the game plays. I've watched the cell phone videos from Expo (since that's really all we have) but I still have no clue what this game is about.

Plug that in let see those lights glow
This evening I will install my pinball.
Images come from my friend pinball.
I will write my little review
I removed mini playfield because some cables didn’t permit ball passage.
I found no great assemblage and cleaning. I found some plastic results downside mini playfield and 3/4 screw in the internal case.
When I closed all, i tried it and coil to put ball on mini playfield works bad. I need to open another time.
When I’ll be able to play I will update you.
Sound is very low and it isn’t convenient to turn on to play song. I think an update firmare can solve.
Other one note about another strange problem.
When you move playfield you have Wembley stadium that touch end glass lift.
When you close playfield you can’t block lockbar because playfield blocks hooks movement.
No great start for my Queen
Ghiandalf thank you for your posts. I’m sorry you’re having so many issues with your game. Definitely not a good start. Good luck I hope you’re able to play it soon.

That hook issue was the same on alien. Not a good design

*Sigh.* What a bummer. Hopefully this is early-adopter stuff (which I've experienced with many Sterns) and they'll get it together as they continue production. Sorry for your problems, buddy!
Many years ago while working at Heighway, I did suggest we set up a shaker rig, that would simulate a pinball in transit in extreme conditions. After the test, we would inspect the machine to see what parts are vulnerable to shaking loose. Then we would take steps to strengthen those parts in production.
I guess I'm smarter than the average bear, because games are still shipping from companies in piss-poor condition.
Quoted from SLAMT1LT:I guess I'm smarter than the average bear,
You are. Except for your comment about LZ in the other thread.

You talking about how they let down all of us Zeppelin fans with that ugly ass game

Hooray! You found a new thread to be wrong in!
Dear all have you suggestion about coil problem? I’m trying to solve my last problem before to play.
Coil to put ball on the mini playfield is weak.
I need to open and to clean or I need to change it?
Unless it’s the incorrect coil that’s unlikely to be the issue. Is there an adjustment for coil strength? Wires well soldered on? if you work it manually is it smooth and not binding?
Maybe someone with an Alien has some insights.

Stern has minor issues on early runs compared to pinball brothers. My alien was one the first and it was a long battle to get it all fixed. Basically was so bad it wasn’t really playable and that was common for most of the first few containers shipped. I think alien is more stable now but it was really bad. Hopefully queen is no where near the amount of issues alien had but what pinball bros does amazingly is customer service. Cato was crazy responsive and they kept sending me replacement parts until it was fixed. It was a breathe of fresh air compared to stern. I’m still waiting on a replacement playfield from 3 years ago.

Coil to put ball on the mini playfield is weak.
Adjustments > Coils > 11 Right VUK should allow you to strengthen that coil if needed.
Quoted from Ferret:Adjustments > Coils > 11 Right VUK should allow you to strengthen that coil if needed.
Thank you coil problem solved.
Now I have other one problem regarding passage under the mini playfield.
Ball touch near the miniplayfield ball lock.
I need to remove miniplayfield another time
I tried to play also with problem just mentioned to understand pinball potentiality.
It seems it will become a great play. Depend from software but it is fast
Quoted from Ghiandalf:Can I upload a video?
You can upload a video to YouTube and then post a link to that video here
- Many NIB games from any manufacturer need tweaks out of the box to get things working smoothly.
- Early run games from any manufacturer tend to have more problems than later run games.
- Pinball Brothers games seem to need more love early on than other manufacturers (see Aliens thread)
- Pinball Brothers seem to have excellent support and a strong desire to get the games working (also see Aliens thread)
So my recommendation for anyone getting an early run Queen, be prepared to be part of the journey.

I have to commend you for writing the most positive and kindest possible synopsis of buying a NIB game from Pinball Brothers. They should send you a Christmas gift.
I'm cheering for the Pinball Bros, I hope they're address these issues and also give us Killer Queen code. If they do I will for sure add Queen pinball to my collection in the future. Thank you early adopters for posting your experiences here.
Merry Christmas everyone!
Problem under the miniplayfield came from ramp defect.
I bent it with my hands to let the ball pass.
I adjusted flippers and slingshots to weaker.
Now bop bumpers don’t work.
From test they work.
Suggestions?
Quoted from Ghiandalf:The ramp under the miniplayfield has a problem with left edge. the left edge is not welded on base
You're in the same country these things are being built. At this point I'd ask for replacement parts or a replacement game. That's ridiculous.

I know because I bought more pinball in box.
All new pinball needs some adjustment, it is normal but here I have more coincidences.
I understand PB is starting this business but we can’t normalize if we found more defects.
I understand also improvements step by step… at least the lockbar lock could have fixed that.
About assistance we will understand when I will ask new ramp.
I have trust because my distributor is a king it is RS-Pinball in Europe. He is very available for all. I just ordered also a Scooby

With this quantity of problems it’s right to ask other one pinball but I’m sure I will solve all problems.
I haven’t preoccupations because Stephan (my distributor) is a friend and he is a fair person.

100% agree. Posting about issues and getting Pinball Bros to address as you go is the only way to make things better. Everything that is brought up early will make later runs better.
Quoted from Ghiandalf:I understand PB is starting this business but we can’t normalize if we found more defects.
You are 100% right. We're all trying to stay positive because we wish success for Pinball Brothers and we want this game to be amazing, but honestly the issues you're describing go far beyond normal NIB tweaks and fixes. I agree with Beelzeboob that they should probably send you a new game at this point.
I don't have any experience with Pinball Brothers customer service but everyone here says they are great so I hope they continue their great service and either get you a new game or get your current game functioning so you can enjoy it!
My distributor read our forum and write to me to help and to confirm PB assistance for all. They have a special page on website to ask assistance and to inform about problem to solve future manufacturing.
It is first time that a Company write to me before to receive my questions.
I inform to you that my pinball is the first delivered and with honesty I understand all problems.
To understand that PB and distributor read our forum and our comment it is a great surprise.
I will not speak about my experience with Stern assistance because it is crazy.
I have a good energy from PB.
If a Company hearing and reading what buyers think is the best point.
We received 3 Queen in the same day for my friends and others two haven’t problems.
I just end to play to try my corrections. Songs are very great during a pinball playing.
I’m studying to understand rules.
It is fast pinball and I like it.
Tomorrow I will post my video

This is first video. I didn’t solve problem under the miniplayfield and I will remove it another time on tomorrow.
Also bop bumper don’t work.
I haven’t experience with pinball video, I hope you will appreciate.
I like it but I wait new software.
It has high potentiality
