I'd love to see it but not sure how Queen would go over. Pinball is a very Alpha Male, macho stud heavy hobby these days!
Freddie was a macho stud, but not sure if this crowd is ready for a gay superstar themed pinball machine.
Does his sexuality really need to be a part of it? We all know he was gay or bi but it doesn't need to be a part of the pin anymore than the heterosexuality of the artists of the other music pins. He made great music and was incredibly talented. That is all I care about or want to know about.

Yup. A Queen pin would have to be focused on his sexuality.

Queen Pinball should happen without a DOUBT. Many lists have Queen as the all-time best band in history. Ranker a site where you can vote up or down best pretty much anything... has Queen currently at 5th highest rated band. Beatles #1 Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd then Queen. I doubt very seriously Led Zeppelin who doesn't seem to care one bit about promoting or selling or anything related to their past will EVER approve a pinball game. Pink Floyd might but Queen would be really the highest rated band that would actually license their image and songs.
Jersey Jack is talking about Guns and Roses, but they don't hold a CANDLE to Queen. The Queen movie nearly grossed a BILLION dollars world wide... no other band movie would make that kind of money because Freddy Mercury is the greatest rock band showman in history. If someone doesn't do a Queen pinball game I would be like totally shocked.

Other bands that you could CONSIDER The Doors, Nirvana (who would never go for it), Black Sabbath (Ozzy), Van Halen, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Def Leppard, or how about a cool out of the box options like Beastie Boys, Blondie, Motley Crue or whomever.
Out of all these possible options who would be better than QUEEN?
Doesn't matter what sporting event you go to you hear We are the Champions or We will Rock you so lets get the pinball done!
A Queen pinball machine could be great. Would Stern devote the time and resources to making unique / deep code for the game? That's a toss up.
