Flow Bee would have been nice, I thought of it last night as well. I dug up the old buzzer from parents house, cleaned up the blades and added some oil. Worked great. Just went with #1 attachment all around. Wife hates it, but I'm ok with it.

Perhaps a pinball mod company with 3D printing capability could put these back into production.

I cut my hair off 16 years and 11 months ago. I put the hair in a bag and gave it to my Dad for his birthday. Mrs. Sputnik has been after me to grow my hair back out. So here we go... might be a touch of gray around the edges this time.

I've been doing the #1 all over (or sometimes the #0.5) bi-weekly for 20 years. Saves a fortune, but watch out for the occasional ingrown hair.

Proud member of WifeCutz here.

Same here, and recently switched to no attachment, just the clippers. Beard gets the #3 on the same schedule. I am on my 3rd set of clippers in 20+ years though.

I've been thinking about this . My wife and I argue so much about moving a coffee table , I can't think of how her cutting my hair would turn out . I'm not at the stage yet but dreading when I get there .

#16 3 years ago

I refuse to cut my hair until all this covid crap is over with. Even if that means I end up looking like Cousin It.

#17 3 years ago

She drinks too much and has no coordination , I'll probably lose an eye and still have a bad haircut .

#18 3 years ago

Go all #1. It's liberating and you can do it yourself.

Let it grow!!

I'm going to go back to the office with my computer & volleyball.

I'm going to let my hair grow until I look like a guy in a heavy metal 80s band.

28 years ago we were tight on money, so I took a book out of the library on haircutting, gave it to my wife, and asked her to cut my hair. She was afraid she’d do a bad job, but I said, “That’s okay, it’ll grow back.” She’s been cutting my hair ever since, and does a great job!

But what if it looks like #2 ?

#28 3 years ago

I also cut my own hair #0 every week until the shutdown, In a couple weeks i will look like Krusty the clown. Looks good on you Tim! Timmmy Timmmmmmy

I don't have nearly as much hair to worry about as I used to. Shaving though, that is whole different topic. Gave it up last week and Im looking pretty scraggly. I have never had a situation in my life that allowed me to go this long without shaving. Starting to look like the dude on the exit ramp with a cardboard sign.

I have been mowing my 4 year old boy with a 1 1/2 for a while now. Looks like Dad will be getting the same treatment next time.

Here is my first self hair cut. Was done with only a regular pair of scissors. I expected it to turn out as what we referred to in school as the "got in a fight with a lawnmower and lost" haircut, but I think it actually turned out not too bad. If things ever go wrong with my job as a software developer, I guess I can fall back on being a barber .

My combover is coming in nicely. Just a few more months and I’ll have a full head of hair again!

Did you intentionally cut your sideburn above your ear?

Yes, that is where I normally have it cut to.

I've been using one for over 35 years now. My sister bought one to cut her dogs hair. Her dog was afraid of it,so I ended up with it. I'm not very good looking,so I figured what do I have to lose if my wife screws up my hair.
It only takes my wife about five minutes to cut my hair with it.
It's a great little invention!
